CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped via tracked economy service with Lithuania Post. You'll be able to track your package using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email

If the order has exceeded the estimated delivery time please contact me via chat or contact form


WHY ISN'T MY PARCEL TRACKING UPDATING?

No need to worry as this is totally normal. Once your parcel leaves Lithuania it usually takes around 7-10 days for new tracking updates to show up. This delay usually affects everyone outside Europe

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED
You can return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs!
